The Commissioning Lead serves as the primary onsite leader for the commissioning phase of assigned BESS projects. This hands-on supervisory role manages daily commissioning activities, coordinates field teams (including technicians, engineers, specialists, and subcontractors), ensures safe and efficient execution, and provides regular progress reporting to project stakeholders.
