As the first dedicated hire within the AI Solutions & Enablement organization, this role works closely with leadership to help define the team’s direction, operating model, standards, and priorities while accelerating the responsible adoption of AI across the company.
The role serves as a foundational member of the AI & Data organization and contributes across multiple aspects of the AI operating model, including solution evaluation, solution development, enablement, governance support, training, and value realization. While the position will initially span several disciplines, its purpose is not to permanently own all AI functions. Rather, this role helps establish the foundation necessary for future organizational growth, specialization, and team expansion.
