The BESS Warranty Program Manager is a leader responsible for the operational health and contractual compliance of utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) following their commissioning and closeout of the EPC phase. Acting as the technical and administrative bridge between asset owners and LGES Vertech, this role coordinates across internal LG teams and external partners (OEMs, vendors, subcontractors) to administer warranties, drive corrective actions, and ensure service delivery across an assigned fleet.
