The Sr. Service Engineer – Integrated Software Systems will work as part of the Service Engineering team to provide advanced technical support for LGES Vertech’s fleet of battery energy storage systems (BESS) utilizing the AEROS® energy operating system. This role is dedicated to diagnosing and resolving complex software and system-level issues for operational sites and feeding back product issues to our engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and optimal BESS performance throughout the asset lifecycle.
