The Senior Technical Operations Specialist – is responsible for providing expert-level technical support, operational oversight, and performance optimization for utility-scale battery energy storage systems installed in North America. This role serves as a key technical authority in ensuring system reliability, safety, and efficiency across the lifecycle of deployed assets, including operations, maintenance, and warranty management and reports to the Warranty Program Manager.
